Louisiana State Bar Association
The Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA) supports attorneys throughout the state and promotes the fair administration of justice. The organization also assists the Louisiana Supreme Court in regulating the practice of law. Additionally, the LSBA works to uphold the honor of the courts and the legal profession. It promotes professional competence among attorneys and encourages collegiality among its members. The organization also helps the public better understand and respect the law. The LSBA protects the public by promoting high standards of ethical conduct among its members. It also addresses the unauthorized practice of law.
