"Bickford presented the first of his three President's Awards to Christian C. Creed. Bickford described Creed as a "tireless man who when I called to help increase membership literally went out the next day and added 16 members to our organization from Monroe, Louisiana." Creed joined LAJ in 1996 and has served on the LAJ Executive Committee since 2016. Bickford said that he has been the model of what every trial lawyer who cares about his community and Louisiana should be. He chaired his United Way's annual giving campaign, served on the Boy Scouts board, and supported a medical camp for children.
