Real Reform executive director Benjamin Riggs was recently invited to speak on a panel at Tulane University about Louisiana's insurance crisis. The conference was sponsored by Tulane’s Murphy Center on Law and the Economy and titled "Louisiana's Insurance Crisis: From Risk to Reform."

Riggs focused on the alarming increase of denied property insurance claims in Louisiana, the record profits insurers are raking in as high rates crush policyholders, and the unreliable insurers homeowners are forced to rely upon.
